Beef Stroganoff
(Serves 6)
1-1/2 Pounds Round Steak
2 Cup Margarine
1 Can Mushrooms, Sliced
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
2-1/2 Cup Water
2 Cup Onion
2 Tablespoons Catsup
Dash Garlic Salt
8-Ounce Carton Sour Cream
3/4 Cup 7-Up

Cut meat into strips. Melt butter in skillet. Brown meat, add mushrooms. Add bouillon and water. Simmer until bouillon is dissolved. Pour 2/3 cup broth into mixing bowl and add flour. To meat add onion, catsup, and garlic salt. Simmer 15 minutes. Add sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Add 7-Up just before serving. Heat through; serve over noodles. --Mrs. Steve Wallace (Janet)

Braselli Hamburgers
(Serves 2-4)
3 Tablespoons Margarine
1 Small Onion Sliced
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 Small Handfuls Crushed Potato Chips
2 Good Shakes Worcestershire Sauce

Melt margarine in skillet; cook onion until tender. Mix other ingredients in a bowl. Form meat mixture into patties. Brown patties in margarine and onion (cover); turn and brown on other side. Takes approximately 30 minutes. --Mrs. Cecil Braselli (Candy)

Poor Man's Beef Stroganoff
(Serves 4-6)
1-1/2 Pounds of Ground Beef
1 Cup Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
3 Cups Noodles, Cooked
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Pimento, Chopped
Salt and Pepper
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

Brown meat and onions. Add rest of ingredients. Put in casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. --Mrs. Fred B. Moseley (Gay)

Cheeseburger Casserole
(Serves 4-6)
1 Pound Ground Beef
2 Cup Chopped Onion
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon of Pepper
3/4 Cup Catsup
1 8-Ounce Can Tomato Sauce
1 8-Ounce Package American Cheese Slices
1 Can Refrigerator Biscuits

Combine meat and onion in skillet. Cook until meat is lightly browned. Drain; add salt and pepper. Stir in catsup and tomato sauce. Put half this mixture in 1-1/2 quart casserole; place half the cheese on top; then add remaining meat mixture, covering with rest of cheese. Top with biscuits and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
